OutdoorDecor sotes value your privacy. It is of the utmost concern to us. The information we collect is used to process orders and is not sold, rented, or traded to third parties. For your added protection, our company does not store complete credit card information in our operations center once the sale has completed. We also have an 'Absolute Shredding Policy' under which all documents containing personal information are shredded prior to being discarded.  Information Collection and Use

When you order, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order such as billing and shipping information, and your email address. This allows us to fill your order and send invoices and updates via email.

Receipts: If you input a valid email address, you will receive a automated email receipt that includes your contact information. This includes your name, address and phone number for your verification. No payment information other than the type of payment used and the amount (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) will be noted on this receipt. Other information pertaining to the items you ordered and our  policies will be included. The telephone number may be used by the delivery agent such as UPS if problems arise during delivery, or to contact you regarding an order question, but not for solicitation purposes. Often,  having this information makes the difference between an on-time order and a delay.  Occasionally emails regarding special offers and new products are sent. You may be removed from this list simply by sending an email requesting removal.

 OutdoorDecor Stores will not sell, rent or trade your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card information, or personal information to any third parties in the normal course of business. Aggregate information may be used for statistical purposes, but personal information is highly protected. However, if a situation arises in which we are required by law to release information about a customer, we will cooperate fully with the authorities.

In addition, you may place orders by fax or telephone if you would rather not submit information over the Internet. All information collected by us is protected against unauthorized access.
